Recently i was reading an article in some business magazine about how the changing technological environment is steadily increasing telephone costs.
The data usage is bringing changes in the way people are using their phones (smart phones) .
Recent advertisements continually are creating new usages of phones - chat, google searches, gps, email usages... Increasing arpu for telecom companies.
Just a few minutes back I got a call from my mobile provider asking me to increase my basic fixed rental plan from 3gb usage to 4 gb usage since my approximate download was 2.5 gb a month.
So even though I may never hit 3 gb.. They will upgrade me to 4gb and I will pay an additional 50rs a month
Increasing costs.. That's going to happen.
What you need to do is to ensure that we are carefully monitoring these costs which creep up.
