It has been said that the next wave of innovation will come from the developing countries and this is the second example of recent changes.
A 1500 Rs tablet.. Is absolutely worth it. It may not have the bells and whistles of a Samsung or an ipad.. It doesn't have a camera and doesn't have space to put in a Sim card.. But comeon for the purpose of education and where we can have Wii connectivity it is absolutely useful.
In today times of India... The writer wrote a lot about this not being useful where we need to charge it every 3 yrs and no electricity in the villages.
In my opinion.. Its a great start.. Look at the fact that everyone today in India has a mobile phone.. Even the kabadi wala.. The puncture wala.
I think Kapil sibal has outdone himself.. And is on the brink of changing the education system. ( I dont agree with his personality and what he did with baba ramdev and anna hazare) .
Its a big move. And I like it.
Smart.. Really smart.
Not sure if the company manufacturing is looking for investors.. But it would be a great investment.
