There are multiple new start ups that are happening in India or mncs starting shop here.
With these come multiple opportunities to participate in their start ups.
One can spend some of their free time to help these start up.
Of course we need to be aware of how to get such opportunities, and be able to spend time on these, without having a conflict of interest with your present occupation.
This is quite common in the US and is starting to become a trend in India.
