Rainwater harvesting.. i for change

I was watching a program on ndtv where a temple in Jaipur was implementing rainwater harvesting in multiple temples in the city

They were able to save significant water and milk because of this technique. The impact was also felt in the area water table. 

In Bangalore the government has made it compulsory for residential apartments to have this facility.

Imagine the benefits if this was made a standard practice across the country.. It would be immense. 

Only a few people doing it will create disparity.. One spends the money and others get unfair share of benefit.. However if everyone contributed.. It would be a game changer ..

That's the wy to go.. Make it compulsory.. We need the water an the additional resources
