Planning for the future is always a difficult task- I mean , we learn to read the past quite well with all the history classes and read enough literature to live in the present ( Karm Karo-- Phal ki Na socho)-- that even thinking about the future is difficult for us. Its like a big drain on the brain!
Why should we be the ant ( recall the ant and the grasshopper story we read in class 1) when everyone else is being the grasshopper. Look at all the great stuff we can buy and be happy with owning and money comes so cheap at such low interest rates ( they are low again -- but not for long).
However, Life is real and time is Truth.
Time will pass and so will all the wealth and health--- if it is not taken care of properly.
We all have things we need to plan for -- Selfs education , Marriage, Children, Childrens education, Childrens marriage ( hey looks like I am repeating myself ),travel, buying a house... Its called the Circle of Life.
So plan for your future.....and like the HDFC standard Life says-- Sar Utha ke Jiyo-- "live with respect"
